DF Group is an industrial holding company that integrates three complementary operating companies.

The logic is simple: separate roles and responsibilities to increase control and reliability on complex projects.

The Founders

Franco Francia and Daniele Francia, co-founders of DF Group, embody the continuity and evolution of a vision built on over fifty years of experience in manufacturing and the management of complex projects.

Franco Francia laid the foundations of the group through an entrepreneurial path based on quality, execution precision, and the ability to turn manufacturing into a reliable tool for delivering high-end bespoke projects.

Alongside him, for over twenty-five years, Daniele Francia has developed deep technical, organizational, and design expertise, absorbing the company’s founding principles and contributing to their evolution.

Over the years, he has consolidated and developed this legacy, integrating it into a contemporary vision focused on process control, research, and innovation.

Today, his commitment is directed toward the group’s future development, through dialogue with universities, academies, and new generations of designers, the exploration of innovative materials, and the construction of an increasingly structured system capable of governing complex projects at an international level.

Together, they ensure continuity, control, and vision, leading DF Group as a platform capable of combining consolidated experience with future evolution.

Not intermediaries: producers with technical structure

DF oversees technical development (shop drawings and construction details), production, and quality control. When needed, it also manages logistics, on-site coordination, and installation. The goal is not to “do everything,” but to govern what impacts quality, timing, and risk.

Operational ally

An operational ally does not promise: it defines.

Scope, standards, responsibilities, and control points are established at the outset. During execution, decisions are managed methodically (revisions, approvals, change control) to avoid uncontrolled deviations.
